IMPACT Live 2025 Event - Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
By registering for IMPACT Live 2025 , you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your registration.

2. Event Details

  • Event Name: IMPACT Live 2025

  • Event Dates: January 30th to February 2nd

  • Event Location: Fort Meyers

  • Hosted by: Joanne Kaminski, Online Tutor Coach

3. Registration and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.

  • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and space is limited.

4. No Refund Policy
Due to the necessity of reserving venue space and related event costs, all registration fees are non-refundable. This policy applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to personal schedule conflicts, illness, travel delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Transfer Policy

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual with prior written approval from the event organizer.

  • Requests for ticket transfers must be submitted no later than December 1st and will be subject to approval.

6. Event Participation and Conduct

  • Participants are expected to engage professionally and respectfully throughout the event.

  • Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of event guidelines may result in removal from the event without refund.

  • The organizer reserves the right to refuse or revoke attendance at any time for any reason deemed necessary to maintain the integrity of the event.

7. Travel and Accommodation

  • Attendees are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel and accommodation expenses unless otherwise specified.

  • The event organizer is not responsible for travel disruptions, delays, or cancellations.

8. Media Release

  • By attending, you grant the organizer the right to capture and use your image, likeness, and participation in photographs, videos, or other media for promotional and educational purposes.

  • If you do not wish to be included in media coverage, you must notify the organizer in writing before the event.

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • The event organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft that may occur during the event.

  • Attendees assume all risks associated with travel and event participation.

10. Force Majeure

  • If the event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer’s control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), alternative arrangements will be communicated to attendees.

  • No refunds will be issued under force majeure circumstances.

11. Agreement to Terms
By completing your registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
