This agreement outlines what your nomination includes and what you can expect during the process.

  • You have been officially nominated for the World’s Greatest Tutor Award 2025, even if you completed your own application.

  • You may now publicly share that you are a nominee. This is a great opportunity to build visibility and credibility as an expert in your field.

  • Your name will be listed alongside other nominees in your chosen category.

 

What Happens Next:

Your application will be reviewed by the Leadership Team of the Insider Secrets Club 3.0, a community that helps tutors grow their organic online presence so they can be found, researched, and hired by their ideal students.

  • Up to 5 nominees per category will be selected to move forward to the final public voting round.

  • The Leadership Team will select finalists based on merit, impact, and alignment with award values.

 

Public Voting & Award Ceremony:

  • If selected as a finalist, you will be invited to share your story, resources, and voting link with your students, families, colleagues, and audience.

  • Public voting will determine the winners in each category.

 

Awards & Recognition:

Winners will be announced during the IMPACT 9 Award Ceremony on September 27th, 2025.

Each category will award:

  • 🥇 Gold Medal – 1st Place

  • 🥈 Silver Badge – 2nd Place

  • 🥉 Bronze Badge – 3rd Place

All winners will receive a digital badge for their website and public recognition across our community. First-place winners will also receive a $1,000 vacation package and be interviewed on The Online Tutor Business Podcast.

 

Payment Terms:

  • The $25 fee is non-refundable and covers your entry as an official nominee.

  • Payment confirms your agreement to participate in the award process and abide by the guidelines listed above.
